AI Steward Bootcamp: From Awareness to Action — Class 1
Limited to 25 seats
This course goes beyond teaching participants what AI Governance is. It equips them to assess the risks of AI use cases systematically and justify their conclusions — from understanding the use case and identifying and evaluating risks, to defining controls and conditions for AI deployment — so the assessment is ready to present to the organization’s decision-makers.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to understand how AI is used in their organization, spot risks, assess risk levels, and independently choose the appropriate governance controls (Know → Spot → Assess → Control).
What You’ll Gain
-
Understand the principles of AI Governance and Responsible AI, and why AI oversight matters for organizations to use AI appropriately and responsibly.
-
Systematically identify risks from AI use, covering both in-house AI systems and Generative AI tools used at work, across six risk dimensions: ethical, legal, privacy, security, operational, and reputational.
-
Assess AI risk from two perspectives — Risk Scoring (Likelihood × Impact) and Risk Level under the EU AI Act — with clear reasoning to determine the appropriate level of oversight.
-
Take part in an end-to-end AI Governance Workshop: understand an AI use case, identify and assess its risks, define rules and controls, and decide on a deployment approach suited to the risks and context of the use case.
-
Receive a practical AI Governance Toolkit, including an AI Risk Canvas and an AI Risk Assessment Template with usage guidelines, ready to apply to assessing and governing your organization’s own AI use cases.
