This course explains AI Governance through the lens of AI risk, for organizations that build or adopt AI. It covers the processes used to control how AI operates, along with defining the roles and responsibilities of the people accountable for it.

To help ensure AI is used safely, the course introduces key templates such as the AI Risk Canvas, a tool for systematically analyzing and assessing AI risks across multiple dimensions. It also covers relevant legislation, including the EU AI Act, the world’s first law dedicated specifically to regulating the use of AI.
