Senior Business Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements to understand high-level business goals, define pain points, and translate them into actionable solutions.

  • Design strategic frameworks, implementation roadmaps, and change management 
    plans that drive client success.

  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and deliver impactful presentations to executives 
    and project sponsors.

  • Supervise and guide junior consultants in day-to-day project execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

  • Manage multiple projects or workstreams, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, 
    and business outcomes.

  • Provide expertise in areas such as data governance, digital strategy, process 
    improvement, and technology adoption.

  • Review and enhance deliverables including business analysis, reports, presentations, 
    and policy documentation.

  • Foster long-term client relationships by providing continuous support, insights, and post-implementation follow-up.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop methodologies, templates, and tools for 
    knowledge sharing.

  • Contribute to business development efforts including proposal writing, solution 
    scoping, and pre-sales support.

  • Stay updated on market trends, regulations (e.g., PDPA), and emerging technologies 
    relevant to client needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, 
    Political Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business consulting, strategic analysis, project management, 
    or relevant fields.

  • Proven experience in leading client-facing projects and managing cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks, digital transformation, and business process 
    design.

  • Experience with change management and client training/workshops is a strong advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Strong command of both Thai and English, written and spoken.

  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to coach and develop junior talent.
