Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
Business Development
- 
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in data, AI, and cloud consulting. 
- 
Understand client challenges, business goals, and use cases to propose the right solution approach. 
- 
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. 
- 
Manage sales pipeline and drive opportunities through all stages (from discovery to deal closure.) 
- 
Collaborate with marketing and Sales teams to execute go-to-market initiatives and lead-generation campaigns. 
 
 Solution Consulting (Pre-Sales)
- 
Conduct requirement discovery sessions to analyze client needs from both business and technical perspectives. 
- 
Design tailored data and analytics solutions aligned with client goals. 
- 
Prepare and present proposals, solution decks, and POCs. 
- 
Work closely with technical and Business teams to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with delivery capabilities. 
- 
Support account handover to delivery teams and ensure smooth project initiation. 
 
 Internal Collaboration
- 
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of client objectives. 
- 
Provide client and market insights to improve service offerings and reusable solution frameworks. 
- 
Contribute to partnership enablement and company growth initiatives. 
Qualification
- 
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 
- 
3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Pre-Sales, or Solution Consulting, preferably in Data / Cloud / AI / IT Consulting. 
- 
Strong understanding of data platform architecture, cloud technologies and business analytics. 
- 
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
- 
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. 
- 
Proactive, consultative mindset with a passion for data-driven business transformation.
