Sales Director

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets efficiently.

  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to company executives.

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve their goals.

  • Identify and present products or services to each client based on their needs with the consideration of project proposal scope, timeline and budget.

  • Establish and maintain a sales pipeline.

  • Engage with clients, present proposals, facilitate deal closures and contract signings.

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive company approach.

  • Prepare comprehensive sales forecasts and reports for executive management.

  • Provide and prepare high-quality sales material for clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales executive, or other relevant role, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Experience in enterprise sales, system sales, or technology project sales.

  • Experience in big data, analytics, and AI projects is a plus.

  • Ability to influence and present to an executive at a business level.

  • Self-motivation for new technology studies is applicable for tech businesses.

  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English, both written and verbal.
