Sales Director
Responsibilities

Identify and develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets efficiently.

Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to company executives.

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve their goals.

Identify and present products or services to each client based on their needs with the consideration of project proposal scope, timeline and budget.

Establish and maintain a sales pipeline.

Engage with clients, present proposals, facilitate deal closures and contract signings.

Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive company approach.

Prepare comprehensive sales forecasts and reports for executive management.

Provide and prepare high-quality sales material for clients.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales executive, or other relevant role, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Experience in enterprise sales, system sales, or technology project sales.

Experience in big data, analytics, and AI projects is a plus.

Ability to influence and present to an executive at a business level.
-
Self-motivation for new technology studies is applicable for tech businesses.
-
Excellent communication skills in Thai and English, both written and verbal.
