Responsibilities

Facilitate and support the development of training programs for employees.

Lead and execute employee engagement initiatives, programs, and events to boost good relationships among employees and job satisfaction.

Monitor employee satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Effectively internal communications to ensure information flows seamlessly across all levels of the organization.

Serve as a resource for employees seeking guidance on workplace issues, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.

Prepare reports, presentations and documents as needed.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in employee engagement or human resource development.

Creativity in designing engagement programs.

Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

Understanding of human resource best practice.
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Good command of both Thai and English.
