Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and support the development of training programs for employees.

  • Lead and execute employee engagement initiatives, programs, and events to boost good relationships among employees and job satisfaction.

  • Monitor employee satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Effectively internal communications to ensure information flows seamlessly across all levels of the organization.

  • Serve as a resource for employees seeking guidance on workplace issues, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.

  • Prepare reports, presentations and documents as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in employee engagement or human resource development.

  • Creativity in designing engagement programs.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

  • Understanding of human resource best practice.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good command of both Thai and English.
